BBTRZ is a flexible mineral insulated cable, commonly known as fireproof cable.
The Chinese name is flexible magnesium hydroxide mineral insulation class non-combustible cable, belongs to the mineral cable, has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, can pass 1000V under the flame temperature of 950 degrees to withstand 3 hours of burning without breakdown.
BBTRZ flexible mineral insulated cable structure
Mainly composed of: multi-strand copper core stranded conductor, mica tape mineral insulator, mineral fireproof layer, anti-corrosion jacket, etc. It is a kind of vitrified polyolefin insulated fireproof cable, which can be developed according to the demand of new fireproof cable with a maximum fire resistance temperature of 1500℃.
1, cable conductor: there are multiple strands of copper wire crossed together, with good bending characteristics.
2, insulation layer: the use of ceramic mica tape + ceramic polyolefin insulation of mineral insulation materials, temperature resistance can be up to 1000 ℃ or more.
3, Waterproof isolation layer: using polyethylene isolation material.
4, Mineral filling layer: inorganic mineral oxygen barrier fireproof material with the advantages of fireproof, fire resistance, high temperature resistance, temperature insulation and heat insulation developed by the latest nanotechnology at home and abroad.
5, the outer sheath: the use of low smoke non-toxic or better and higher plastic-type material, with good anti-corrosion properties, according to the requirements of the choice of materials without models (optional).

The main function
General wire and cable because the insulation used are organic polymer materials, so in the flame conditions are very easy to carbonization and thus lose the insulation role. While the main material of flexible mineral insulated fireproof cable (BBTRZ) consists of mineral compounds, which itself does not cause fire and is unlikely to burn or fuel combustion. And these materials generally have a higher melting point of 1500 ℃ or more, so the fire cable can play a normal power transmission function even for flame conditions, is a true sense of the fire cable. And it can pass BS6387 C, W, Z test.
BBTRZ flexible mineral insulated cable performance characteristics:
1, electrical performance
High load capacity: BBTRZ cable has a higher load capacity under the same conditions. The rated load capacity of its conductor working temperature of 90℃ is basically equivalent to the load capacity level of BTTZ cable working temperature of 125℃, which is much higher than other cables.
High voltage resistance level: BBTRZ cable follows the national standard GB/T12706 standard, high voltage resistance level 1000v, while BTTZ cable follows the national standard GB/T13033 standard, voltage resistance level 750v, the shock voltage (4-6 times the conventional voltage) is less tolerant, which seriously affects the service life.
2, Safety
Good material insulation, BBTRZ cable using inorganic non-metallic materials for insulation and sheathing, with multi-layer insulation protection structure, fireproof and more water resistance, and thus excellent insulation performance.
BBTRZ cable has a multi-core structure with a maximum cross-section of 300mm², and can be customized in large lengths (theoretically infinite) without intermediate joints, so the integrity of the cable is better, and overcome the defects of a single single core. The grounding is safer, and BBTRZ cable uses a special grounding wire to reduce safety hazards.
Since the insulation and sheath of the cable are inorganic compound materials, there is no usual PVC material. Therefore, even under fire conditions, there is no acid gas emission.
3, Energy saving
BBTRZ cable because of inorganic non-metallic insulation and sheath structure, only three main lines to the ground wire of the small capacitive current, the value of a few to a dozen milliamp levels, basically negligible.
Small reactive power loss. BBTRZ cable current carrying value is large, the wire heat is low, multi-core large cross-section structure completely offset the electromagnetic effect. Because the thermal field, magnetic field and other reactive power loss is much lower than BTTZ and other products.
4, easy to construct
BBTRZ cable is flexible, the minimum bending radius is 6D, basically the same as ordinary cable laying process, so the construction is very easy, effective and reliable, while BBTRZ cable can be laid in the same slot with ordinary cable, saving space, easy maintenance, suitable for a variety of laying methods.
