NG-A cable is a new generation of mineral insulated cable developed on the basis of BTTZ cable, which has the advantages of BTTZ cable in addition to overcoming the problems and defects of BTTZ cable. And because the production length is not limited, there is no need for intermediate joints. It saves 10-15% in investment cost than BTTZ cable.
NG-A series fire-resistant cables are designed according to BS:6387 fire resistance requirements performance to achieve;
(1) 180min continuous energization under 950℃ flame without breakdown;
(2) 950 ℃ flame under 180min after immersion in water for 60min without breakdown;
(3) 950 ℃ under the flame to withstand 180min knocking vibration without breakdown;

Features of NG-A(BTLY) cable:
①The fire resistance standard can pass three tests of BS6387: i.e., no breakdown under 3h flame at 950℃, withstand 15min water spray after 30min at 650℃ (direct water immersion is also possible), and withstand 15min knocking vibration under flame at 950℃ without destruction, thus fully meeting the assessment standard of BTT in terms of fire resistance performance.
②The product can be produced from 1.5 to 6 square meters with 1 to 37 cores, from 10 to 240 square meters with 1 to 5 cores, and from 300 to 630 square meters with single cores, and the length can be delivered in a whole tray without joints according to the user's needs.
③Laying can be done without separate pipe, with the same waterproof and shockproof function of BTT.
④Good anti-rodent, anti-ant, anti-radiation function, which can ensure the stability, long life and durability of the cable.
⑤Low working temperature, small line loss, strong overload resistance, long service life, high safety, especially suitable for application in projects with environmental requirements.
⑥Explosion-proof (The highly compacted insulating material in the cable and the cable terminals installed with special sealing sleeves can prevent steam, gas and flame from entering the electrical equipment connected to the cable, making it practical for use in places where there is a risk of explosion and for connecting various explosion-proof equipment and devices.)
(7) Corrosion resistance (BTLY type mineral insulated cable metal sheath has high corrosion resistance, for most of the installations, it does not need to take additional protective measures; even in the metal sheath of the cable is vulnerable to chemical corrosion or serious industrial pollution, because the cable is protected by the outer plastic sheath, it is still safe.
