Product Description
Photovoltaic cables are often exposed to sunlight and solar systems are often used in harsh environmental conditions such as high temperatures and UV radiation.
The properties of photovoltaic cables are determined by their special cable insulation and sheathing material, which we call cross-linked PE. After irradiation by an irradiation gas pedal, the molecular structure of the cable material is changed, thus providing its individual properties. In fact, during installation and maintenance, the cable can be routed on the sharp edges of the roof structure while it is subjected to pressure, bending, tension, cross-stretching loads and strong shocks. If the cable sheathing is not strong enough, the cable insulation will be severely damaged, affecting the entire cable life or leading to short circuits, fire and injury hazards.
